Oakwood's houses are older, taller and tighter than anything built this century: narrow stairs, plaster walls, real doorways. Bring the measurements of the worst turn in the house and we'll tell you what will make it.
Oakwood's houses were built tall and tight, mostly before anyone standardised a doorway: plaster walls, narrow front halls, and staircases that turn twice before they reach the landing. The room is rarely the problem. The route to it is.
Bring three numbers — front door width, the narrowest point in the hall, and the stair landing — and we will tell you honestly which pieces will make it and which ones will be going back on the truck.

What Oakwood shops here for
Getting here from Oakwood
From Oakwood, take OH-48 south to I-75 and continue south to exit 32, then west on OH-122 / Roosevelt Blvd to S Breiel Blvd. About thirty-two minutes.
What Oakwood asks us
Which sofas come apart for a tight staircase?
More than you would think — many frames have removable backs or arrive in sections. That is the first thing we check for an older house, before we talk about fabric at all.
Do you deliver up to Oakwood?
Yes. Our own crew makes the run — tell us about the stairs and the door when you book so they arrive with the right plan.
What days are you open?
Seven days a week — Monday through Saturday 9 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 7 PM. Evenings and Sundays are the easiest times to browse the floor with the whole family.

Have so much to select from whichever room you're looking to buy — living room, bedroom, kitchen, or buy separately. Sales rep was awesome, very pleasant and patient. Redoing all of my home with this place. Fair prices, name-brand furniture. Very pleased.

Thank you so much to Ali who helped me pick out an amazing sectional, kitchen set, and a couple other pieces when I moved to the area. Their prices are great, and the selection is broad! They had delivery available as well.
