Privacy policy

This website is run by Middletown Furniture, 417 S Breiel Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044. We keep this short because we collect very little: there are no accounts, no online checkout and no payment details taken on this site.

What we collect

• When you ask us to call you.The “call me with the deal” forms send us your name, phone number, the page you were on and the product you asked about. We use it only to call you back about that furniture.
• When you chat with Mia.Messages you type into the on-site assistant are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Don't type anything sensitive (like card numbers) into the chat.
• Anonymous shopping stats. We count which products are viewed and clicked and what is searched on the site, so we know what to keep on the floor. These counts carry no name, phone number, IP address or cookie identifier.
• Standard server logs. Like any website, our host records technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

Who processes it

Service providers that handle data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), FormSubmit (delivers form submissions to our email), Anthropic (powers the Mia chat assistant). Product photos and maps are loaded from the manufacturer and Google. We do not sell your information, and we don't share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Call-back requests stay in our email for as long as they are useful for following up with you. Anonymous shopping stats are kept in aggregate. Ask us and we'll delete your call-back request.

Children

This site is meant for adults shopping for furniture and isn't directed at children under 13.
